Bioneer is looking for an experienced sales rep that has a documented history of building sales as well as relationships in Boston. This position requires an assertive, relationship-oriented individual who has high energy, an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to build a territory from the ground up while leveraging a distribution network to meet and exceed plan.
Travel up to 25% of the time.

A Bachelors degree with a molecular biology emphasis is required.
A Masters degree or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology preferred but not required. Applicants must have a strong working knowledge of Molecular Biology.

Bioneer is an established International Biotechnology company developing and marketing Molecular Biology instruments and reagents to Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Clinical and Biotechnology laboratories.

Responsibilities include:
• Meet or exceed the given annual sales quota established each year.
• Planning: Be accountable to the business for planning, forecasting and achievement of revenue targets and objectives.
• Identify and close new sales
• Monitor and address existing customer needs
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations
• Participate in relevant symposia, trade shows, conferences and trainings
• Communication: Organize meetings and effectively communicate across business units and sales support groups
• Work with our distribution network in your territory.
