Product Overview

AccuRapid™ TA cloning Kit offers quickly and convenient insertion of Taq-amplified PCR products directly into T-vector with T-overhang on each of its 3-end.

TA Cloning is efficient methods for the cloning of 3 dA-tailed PCR products generated with Taq DNA polymerase. The PCR products and primers can be used directly without any restriction sites or modifications, and the restriction enzymes are not necessary. AccuRapid™ TA cloning Kit offers quickly and convenient insertion of Taq-amplified PCR products directly into T-vector with T-overhang on each of its 3-end.
