Product Overview

EcoQprep™ Plant Genomic DNA Kit is a magnetic beadbased system optimized for isolating high-quality genomic DNA from a wide range of plant tissues. The kit employs specially formulated lysis buffers and magnetic nanobeads to efficiently remove polysaccharides, polyphenols, and other secondary metabolites that often interfere with DNA extraction from plants. Using the EcoQprep™ Magnetic Separation Rack, the workflow is faster and simpler than conventional spin column methods, while eliminating the need for centrifugation. This reduces energy consumption and minimizes plastic waste. The purified plant genomic DNA is suitable for downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, sequencing, genotyping, and molecular breeding studies.
