Complex secondary structure RNA species amplification by RocketScript ™ is outstanding compared to the leading competitor's reverse transcriptase. RT reactions were performed according to each manufacturer's recommendations.
Lanes 1-4 are 10 ng, 1 ng, 0.1 ng and 0.01 ng of total RNA from HeLa cells, respectively
One-step RT-PCR reactions were performed with 100 ng total RNA from HeLa cells using reagents and conditions specified in each manufacturer's protocol.

Amplification of an 500 bp target gene was detected using human total RNA (from 10 ng to 10 pg) with AccuPower® RocketScript™ RT-PCR PreMix. As shown in Fig3, highly reproducible amplifications were achieved within each Lot. set of triplicates Lanes 1-4; 10 ng, 1 ng ,and 100 pg, 10 pg of total RNA from HeLa cells, respectively.
