Product Overview

EcoQprep™ Universal RNA Kit is a magnetic beadbased system designed for the isolation of total RNA from a wide variety of biological samples, including cultured cells, animal tissues, and plant tissues. The kit uses magnetic nanobead technology to efficiently capture RNA molecules, providing a streamlined workflow with the EcoQprep™ Magnetic Separation Rack. Compared to conventional spin column methods, the process is faster, does not require centrifugation, and reduces both energy consumption and plastic waste. The purified RNA, containing mRNA, rRNA, tRNA, and other non-coding RNAs, is suitable for downstream applications such as RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, RNA sequencing, transcriptome analysis, and gene expression studies.
