Performance Comparison
Custom AccuPower® rVIV F/R HotStart PCR PreMix was compared the amplification performance with the product that a customer had used — rVIV F/R PCR Kit, China.
Custom AccuPower® rVIV F/R HotStart PCR PreMix and the competitior’s product were tested under the condition of: 1. 95°C 5 min; 2. 92°C 30 sec, 60°C 1 min, 72°C 1 min (30 cycles); 3. 72°C 5 min. 3 ul of amplified PCR product was run on a 2% TBE Agarose gel.

Custom AccuPower® DsRed2 HotStart PCR PreMix was tested three times, A-1, A-2 and A-3, with the condition of: 1. 94°C 2 min; 2. 30 cycles of 94°C 30 sec, 58°C 30 sec and 72°C 30 sec; 3. 72°C 3 min. 5 ul of amplified PCR product was run on a 2% TBE Agarose gel.
