Instructions:
1. Open an excel sheet and enter mandatory files as shown below. Refer to "Ordering Codes" below for assistance.
- Column A: Sequence Name
- Column B: Synthesis Scale
- Column C: Purification
- Column D: Sequence
- Column E: Notes

2. Enter modifications. The modification codes should be inserted in a desired position within the sequences.
3. Save your sheet into a tab delimited file (.txt) using the Save As function within Excel.
