AccuPower® RocketScript™ RT PreMix, RNase H Minus is a ready-to-use lyophilized premix containing all components,
including RocketScript™ Reverse Transcriptase, RNase H Minus, for first-strand cDNA synthesis from purified Poly(A) or total RNA template.
RocketScript™ Reverse Transcriptase, RNase H Minus is a recombinant M-MLV reverse transcriptase with enhanced thermostability up to 70⁰C,
as well as eliminated RNase H activity. It is highly efficient in producing full-length cDNA from long RNA transcripts up to 12.5 kb.
AccuPower® RocketScript™ RT PreMix, RNase H Minus is capable of producing cDNA from as little as 1 pg of total RNA
for real-time RT-PCR (qRT-PCR) analysis and other applications.

Eliminated RNase H Activity:
Eliminated RNase H activity enables RocketScript™ reverse transcriptase to produce long RNA transcripts up to 12.5 kb.
Thermostable Activity:
RocketScript™ is able to perform reverse transcription reactions throughout
a wide range of temperatures between 42⁰C
and 70⁰C. Due to its high thermostability, the enzyme maintains full activity during the entire reverse transcription
reaction
and generates high yields of cDNA from complex secondary structure RNA
High Sensitivity:
Low detection limit with 1 pg of target template RNA, even in highly concentrated sample.
Ease-of-use:
The product contains the reverse transcriptase, RNase inhibitors and all
other components necessary for the best reverse
transcription results in the tube. Only addition of template RNA, primers, and DEPC water into a tube is required.
