A)Elution fraction contains Human IgG purified with Protein G magnetic bead from Bioneer(MagListo™),
or competitors. Upper and lower bands are heavy (HC) and light chain (LC) of purified Human IgG in SDS-PAGE gel,
respectively.
B) Comparison of binding capacity of Bioneer’s MagListo™and competitor’s. Amount of bound IgG is
quantified by UV-spectrophotometer. All reactions are carried out for 1 hour at room temperature. Human
IgG is purchased from Sigma (Cat. no. I4506). M: protein marker (Bioneer, Cat. No. D-2020), Bioneer:
MagListo™ Protein G Kit.
